Regan tells Awakening, “I started Muay Thai about 6 and a half years ago (2007) so I would have something fun and challenging to focus on, I never thought I would be capable of fighting and competing. Muay Thai has helped me to drastically increase my self-confidence in all aspects of life. I am a completely different person than I was before I started.”
