Amber tells Awakening, “I started training MMA in March 2012. Honestly I was never a fighter or any experience in any kind of martial art. I started going to Fit just to get in shape after becoming a mother. I ended up wanting to fight and instantly became addicted. I haven’t stopped training. Mixed Martial Arts has become part of me and who I am, it is my life, other than my family. It has made me a stronger fighter, mother and wife, and an all around better person.”

Amber Brown is a female fighter from Alberquerque, New Mexico, United States.

She began training in 2009 to lose weight after becoming a mother. She had her first amateur boxing fight in September 2010. In 2012, she made her professional boxing debut in February, and followed up with her professional MMA debut in November.

She signed with Invicta Fighting Championships in February of 2014.

Personal Life

Amber is mother to one daughter.
