Michelle tells Awakening, “I started training Muay Thai in 2013. I fell in love with the art and wanted to become the best practitioner I could. I have always been involved in athletics, but when I discovered Muay Thai, I found the perfect combination of my love for dance/movement and extreme sports. I also found it very empowering as a woman and wanted to inspire more women to join and discover how it can drastically change your life. It is problem solving at its best, both physically and mentally, and definitely transpires into your personal everyday life.”
