MISC INFO

Mizuki Inoue made her professional MMA debut at just 16 years old. She is currently signed with Invicta Fighting Championships.

Mizuki was in the 2014 Jewels Lightweight tournament, where she missed the 114 lbs weight cut-off for the finals by 1 lb. The bout still took place, where Mizuki tapped out her opponent by Armbar in the third round, but it is ruled a loss as she was technically disqualified for missing weight. Mizuki later challenged for the title, successfully making weight and winning the match, again by a third round armbar.

UNDERSTANDING THE AWAKENING RATING

The Awakening rating is essentially letting you know how inspirational an athlete is. The idea is to highlight the athletes careers so their achievements are not forgotten. Unfortunately we can only calculate based on the information we have in our database. When we uncover, or are supplied with new information the score will be recalculated.

The rating system is very complex and allows for all the nuances within the multiple disciplines. Some disciplines don’t have grading systems, others don;t have a W-L-D record. These kinds of differences have been accounted for. The most essential thing is the overall contribution to the female martial arts scene.
