Sheila Bird’s Bio
Sheila Bird is a female fighter from Canada.
She began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 1998. She received her black belt in May of 2009. While Emily Kwok was the first Canadian woman to receive a Black Belt, Sheila was the first to receive it from within Canada.
She has had more than 100 competition wins.
She is a co-owner and instructor at Champions Creed in Calgary, AB, Canada.
