Bryony Tyrell is a female fighter from Sevenoaks, Kent, England, United Kingdom.

She is also a Level 3 Krav Maga practitioner, boxer and trains in Freestyle Wrestling. She instructs beginners MMA and grappling for women.

She has previously practised Kung Fu, JiuJitsu and Kickboxing. Her orange belt is in Seishin Mizu Ryu Tatakai JiuJitsu, while her Kung Fu is Lau Gar.

Personal Life

Bryony is mother to one daughter and one son.

She works in as a nurse in critical care and cardiology research. Bryony has a Degree in Molecular Biology, in addition to a Masters Degree in Nursing.
