On Sunday April 17th, Touchgloves' Easter Beaster 3 show took place in Redruth, Cornwall. There were 13 fights on the card, a mixture of Muay Thai, K1 and Boxing. There was only one female fight on the card; Mia Trevorrow vs. Bethany Bodilly.

These two ladies we not supposed to be facing each other. They are in fact both from the same gym, the host of the show, Touchgloves. I particularly found it impressive that they had decided to fight. The gym had found it difficult to find both of them a match up. The day after the fight, they returned to being training partners.
At the time of writing, neither of these fighters have an Awakening profile. However, I am currently corresponding with them, and their profile's will be up and running well before their next fight on the 21st of May. No, they aren't fighting each other again!
Fun fact, I took one of my favourite event photographs ten years ago, almost to the month. This little warrior cherub is Beth Bodilly, with coach Nathan Kitchen.
