The Women Fight Back event was hosted by Colosseum Sports (CSMMA) in Aldershot, UK on 25th August 2012. The show itself was in aid of Victim Support for Women, raising funds to support victims of abusive crimes. The turn out for the event was not that high considering it was a charity event, we feel the community could have made a better effort to support it.
Regardless of attendance numbers, the show itself was exciting and professional. Twenty-three female fighters entered that cage, and indeed left it all in there in twelve fights (yes that means one lady fought twice - KC Kendall). Awakening attended to shoot the events free promotional film and take photographs, we had a great time cage side and were impressed overall at the fighters themselves.
